Sticker Murals

Sticker Murals
Attractively designed Sticker Murals are flexible solution for children to express their individual style in personalizing their room. Arrange the design elements in any way you like or as pictured in the suggested composition on the packaging. Either way, kids will have fun decorating their room with their favorite characters. Wallpaper murals are printed on matte vinyl with a close die cut so that the finished art looks like it is painted on the walls. These wallpaper murals are 100% removable and repositionable, easy to apply and won't damage walls. Create a mural wall scene in minutes.

Quality Wall Murals! - #1 Resource for All Handpainted, Paint by Numbers, Wallpaper, Ceramic Tile, Sticker Murals! All you can dream about: nursery, children, kids and baby murals. All themes: tropical, sport, beach, horse, animal, castle, star, car, dragon, wildlife, surf, skyline, tropical, old world, borders, door, window, wall and ceiling murals.

Decorating your child’s room is so quick and easy using self adhesive wallpaper murals. Below are some simple instructions and ideas on how to apply our wallpaper murals.

If walls are freshly painted allow 1 to 2 weeks for the paint to cure.

Thoroughly clean walls of any dust where the wallpaper murals will be applied with a dry towel or cloth.

Unroll the product onto the floor, table or bed. Packages might get hot or cold during shipping so it might be necessary to let the wallpaper murals get acclimated to room temperature for a few hours before application. This is because the vinyl will expand or contract during shipping and can cause them not to stick properly.

Larger elements of wallpaper murals - 2 ft or more, may require an extra set of hands.

Although all of the characters are individually cut out, the larger pieces are easier to apply and position if you cut them out individually with scissors.(backing and all) This way you can tape individual elements of wallpaper murals (with backing) to the wall to get an idea of were to place them before you remove the backing.

When peeling the wallpaper mural away from the backing, slowly peel from the largest part of the wallpaper mural first, being careful to peel "evenly" so the wallpaper mural does not form a kink in it.

The small elements of wallpaper mural you simply press to the wall and rub your hand from the top of the element to the bottom. If you change your mind, slowly and evenly peel the mural from the wall and reposition.

For larger elements of wallpaper murals position the top part of mural to the wall and press slightly just enough to stick the top half to the wall. While still holding the other part of mural, check to see if it's straight and in the position you like. (This is where it’s nice to have someone to help!) If the mural is in the position you like rub your hand from the top of the wallpaper mural's elemnt to the bottom or back, pressing with the palm of your hand hard enough where the mural conforms to the wall. Then go over the edges pressing with your finger tips to secure any loose edges.

Although wallpaper murals are recommended for smooth surfaces, they can be applied to textured surfaces with varying degrees of success.

Because there is “less” surface on texture walls for the wallpaper mural to stick to, sometimes a few edges of a mural can curl up. Because the adhesive is pressure sensitive, it might be a simple matter of just pressing the edges that might have been missed during the initial application, a little harder to the wall. If they continue to curl you can apply rubber cement to the sticky side of the mural with the applicator brush or small paint brush, then press and hold for about 30 seconds. Any excess glue can simply be rubbed away once dry without harming the walls or the mural. Most importantly the rubber cement will not affect the ability to remove the mural at a later time. You can also use a spray adhesive to give the mural more tack to a problem surface. There are different degrees of spray adhesive strengths so read the directions on the can carefully for compatibility to your wall surface and how to apply to the back of the mural.

If you wish to store your mural before application, just store in a dry place that is room temperature. We would recommend you first test a few of the smaller elements of your wallpaper mural to see if they will stick to your wall surface before storage.

Please don't apply smal elements of wallpaper murals within reach of a small child or near their bed or crib as they may be a choking hazard.
