Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order and Custom items may not be returned*.
To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to info@QualityMurals.com and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise is subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Your return must be received at our location by the 14th day of receipt of your order or your return will be refused.
*We do not offer refunds on custom made murals and tiles created specially to match individual wishes and needs of our Clients. However we gladly replace tiles broken in shipment – please understand: we do want your project to look just perfect!
